"It consistently took too much effort to get simple tasks completed with this office. They apparently lack the ability to view PDFs sent by email and don't follow-up to take care of customers. I didn't suffer loses (other than time) thankfully, but given how they handled us, I would hate to have a complicated situation with this office in charge of my claims or business. I've moved and am transferring to another agent; something I wish I'd done sooner."
