Ryan West has been a devoted employee of State Farm for 6 years and along the way he has earned his Property & Casualty Insurance license, Banking Certificate, as well as his Pet Insurance Certificate.  Ryan is born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  When Ryan isn't in the office, he enjoys going to sporting events and likes to pursue outdoor activities with his dog Tony.

Nicky Scalzo was born and raised here in Arizona.  She has been a dedicated employee of State Farm for the past four years, along with work, Nicky is a part-time student pursuing her degree in Psychology.  Nicky is currently studying for her Life and Health Insurance License, but she is already Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed and an AZ Notary Public.  When Nicky does have some free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, reading, and cooking traditional Italian meals with her family.

Niki Rector has been a part of Rick’s team for nearly a year and is Property & Casualty Insurance licensed.  She was born in New York, but raised here in Arizona.  Niki has been married for 26 years and has one son named Austin.  In her free time, Niki likes to work on her non-profit organization called AR Inclusion, an organization that she started with her son Austin.  This non-profit hosts events for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Along with AR Inclusion, Niki owns a small construction company called Superpools Plumbing LLC.  When Niki isn’t pursuing her passions outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
